Masterpiece collection for Knots Rugs
The Parris Wakefield 'Masterpiece' collection consists of four bold graphic designs inspired by the colour palettes of renowned artists.
‘Masterpieces’ is a collaboration between Knots Rugs and the dynamic British design duo Parris Wakefield. The collection is based on four iconic paintings by fine masters. Inspiration for ‘Portrait’ comes from George Romney, ‘Destiny’ from John William Waterhouse, ‘Colours’ from Wassilly Kandinsky and ‘2 Weeks : 2 Seconds’ from David Hockney.
The collection strives to embrace the original colours palettes from these seminal works, translating into inspirational and effortless rug designs.
The designs were expertly interpreted by the talented textile designer Regan McDonell.
